CONTINUES 10 YEAR PARTNERSHIP WITH PRICE CHOPPER/GOLUB CORP.

Troy, March 2, 2018: Fretto Industrial Cleaning, LLC, a certified NYS-WBE, today announced they have been awarded a warehouse cleaning contract with Price Chopper to perform interior high overhead cleaning at Price Chopper’s Frozen Food Warehouse in Rotterdam. Fretto Industrial Cleaning not only won the bid for the 59,000 SF warehouse, but also beat out three competitors.

The Company was selected as the exclusive service provider to perform commercial warehouse cleaning at the Rotterdam location. The work being performed in the warehouse includes all high overhead interior surfaces of the steel joists, beams, walls, and loading dock doors. Fretto cleans the overall structure via industry standard methods and uses environmentally safe products. This job gives Fretto the ability to show off their expertise and project management skills, as work is being completed during business hours in a high-volume distribution center. Communication is key to ensuring the safety of Golub and Fretto employees, as they maneuver around the warehouse with the scissor lifts to clean the 40-foot-high ceilings, without causing any delays.
“Our experience and skills were a perfect match for this large-scale project. We are happy to continue our 10-year working relationship with Golub Corp, and provide them with the best service on a high priority job”, Fretto noted. Fretto Industrial Cleaning recently won a separate project where they will be performing post construction cleaning services, as well as EPA compliant sidewalk power washing at the Walmart Supercenter in Glenmont.
